    I was scheduled for an Ecolife service today and called to see why they were late only to find all phones disconnected. With further research I learned they are out of business. Luckily I was on a monthly pay scheduled so am not out of any funds. Sorely disappointed they did not contact their clients. I had been very pleased with their service for many years.Jo M

    I have used EcoLife for several years with good service, Until September 2023. I pay for a year of service in advance of the amount of $695.00 for service 7-2023 through 7-2024. They sent me a email the Friday before the upcoming appointment on Sept 11th 2023 . September 10th came and went with nobody showing up to service our house. I tried calling on the 10th to find out what happened and when they would reschedule our appointment. All I got was their answering machine at several of their different numbers I found online and on my contract. I have left several emails, voice messages, sent a letter and even drove out to their office, only to find out that their building has a "for rent" sign posted and nobody was in the office. I would highly not recommend this company for your pest control needs. My next step is to file a small claim against this company.

    We had several years with Ecolife Pest solutions which they did good only problem we seen was the pest inspectors did not last long we were always getting new inspectors. Now after signing a new contract for the last part of 2023 / start of **** Ecolife never showed up or even called to explain our appointment was for 09/11/23 . We made many calls no answer . My neighbor who also was with Ecolife and effected went to their place of business No-one around . We also sent a letter to their place of business so far heard nothing back . As of now we do our own pest control . Ecolife is still showing that it is open during business hours but they are not there .

    We had one successful year using this company so we signed a one-year extension in April for $795; that included as many visits as we needed for pest issues. They were difficult to schedule but the guy who came out would reliably show up every time, the last time being 8/8. He was always chatty (sometimes too chatty) and complained about the lack of staffing in the company; he often had to travel all over western OR to provide service to customers.We were recently scheduled for 9/20. Nobody showed up, nobody will return our calls/voicemails, the website is no longer in service, and several recent reviews on Yelp (and 1 review here) suggest we aren't the only ones dealing with this. The license and business registry records seem to suggest that this company has dissolved (or, at the very least, that something weird is going on). I've filed a complaint with the ****************************************** I'm not particularly hopeful we'll get our money back, but I hope this review helps others avoid this company at all costs.

    Their paperwork says they are a BBB accredited business, but BBB says they are not accredited!.Their website no longer exists No one answers the phone and no one returns calls when a message is left.I think I have been scammed!
