Not friendly at all. And they will run your card at any time they feel like it. I talked to the owner of the place and he doesn't have any idea about what is going on in the campgrounds. Poor communication between the managers, customers, and the owner. The lady who runs the office will even bring her young son into the conversation just to try to make her lies seem legit. The owner seems like a cool dude but unfortunately, managers just look after their selves and not the company. Very poor management. If you want a place you can rely on do not come here. They might be an ok place for nightly but they treat their monthly guest terribly. I have decided to edit this. Look at all the bad reviews. They say the same thing. And the owner doesn't want to fix the problems the customers are complaining about. At this point, ****** doesn't even need my review to prove my point.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE STAFF! The issues we had came from dealing with the management staff. For newcomers, BEWARE of dealing with these people. They will charge your card without your consent, they are full of accusations, and they will make you feel uncomfortable. ***** the groundskeeper (or whatever he is), was seen by one of our sons walking around our camper, lurking around our stuff while I was in the bathhouse and my husband was gone. The front desk lady is very rude and is quick to say you did something wrong, document in her computer that she talked to you, but never actually communicated the issue with you. The owner is oblivious to what is going on with his management. When I spoke with him in person, it was as if he didn't even want to hear my concerns, just wanted to back his staff even though they are in the wrong. Another example is when a friend of ours was spot cleaning a section of our car in front of our camper, no hose or water was involved, he just used a rag and spray. They are kicking him out of the campground without giving him warning because they said it states in their "policy", not to WASH vehicles on grounds. Mind you, we live full time and have never washed our vehicles or camper on any grounds. We are not the only ones who have had issues with the management staff and it is clear they don't care to change to keep clients in the park. We have lived in countless RV parks and have NEVER encountered such rude staff. Please do your research before coming here, we will definitely not be back!
