About 5 mins I called to see if someone could come out to look at & give me a price on cleaning up the tree damage (& to prevent futher damage from more falling tree branches) & was told, "w-e-l-l...I'm not sure if he can come out today because he makes his own schedule, but ahh, I can take your information & give him the message"; (she was talking in a very low-key, laid-back, uninterested kind of way that came across that she was a young, inexperienced, unknowledgeable, uninterested party), "w-e-l-l, he will call you about 15 mins before he gets ready to come out." I told her that I didn't want him to just call me before he comes out but that I want an appointment with him so I know when to expect him. She said she needed to get more info from me...my name, my address...my email...?? I explained, when I talk to him & see if he can help me then I will "share" all the "more" info she wants. She continued "I understand, I just need to get more info..., & she continued on in a laid-back, prolonged way of talking.... I explained to just have him call me. Oh well, there are other tree companies in tulsa that probably want my business.

While we are sorry that you were not happy with the way our office operates and communicates, our computers and general tracking of calls requires us to get certain basic items of information. Our experienced Certified Arborist is always in the field, and responds to customer's requests based upon our computer system. As stated in your review, you wanted someone to come out and give you a price on tree work; we need your address so that the Arborist knows where to go, and an email so that we can send you a professional estimate after his visit. Unfortunately, you hung up before we could explain that if you do not wish to give out your email, we are more that happy to mail out the estimate instead. The young lady you spoke poorly of is an experienced customer service professional who was doing the best she could to help you. She regretted that you abruptly terminated the call by hanging up before the conversation ended.
