    AN EMPLOYEE OF MONSTER **** SERVICE CONTACTED ME ON 7-22-24 TO CONFIRM THAT A CREW WAS COMING ON 7-23-24 AROUND 10:30AM TO DO VARIOUS **** TRIMMING IN MY YARD, BUT THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!! AT 11:30AM ON 7-23-24 I CALLED THE COMPANY AND LEFT A VOICE MAIL MESSAGE ASKING WHEN OR IF THEY WERE STILL COMING TO DO THE **** TRIMMING JOB, BUT THEY NEVER CALLED BACK !! TO TOTALLY IGNORE A CUSTOMER IS INCONSIDERATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! PLUS I WASTED THE *** WAITING FOR THEM TO ARRIVE!! I CERTAINTY WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM !!

    The guys did a great job. They took down a dying tree and trimmed (lifted the canopy) of my maple in my front yard. My maple tree looks marvelous. Thanks guys. It was a fair price for the labor on a very hot ?? summer day.
