    Took my car to Expert Customs on Jan 8th 2025 to install brighter headlights. I get charged $233.31 for the new bulbs, and owner, *******, ordered new LED bulbs to be delivered next afternoon. Friday Jan 10th I get a call that bulbs are in, and I go down to the shop to get them installed. The bulbs dont fit, and ******* promptly refunds the price of the bulbs and the tax. Disappointed because I told him it wasnt a standard bulb due to being at an another shop and they said they would have to order specialty bulbs. I thought he was more knowledgeable than I about headlights. Expert is in the name. I asked for my keys so I could leave, and he said hed bring my car around. The car is running, he gets out and I get in and drive home. I get home and the keys are nowhere to be found. He never handed them to me, they arent in cup holder, on dash etc. I turn off the car and try to restart; the car says keys are not in vehicle. I call the shop and he says he doesnt have the keys. Once handing him my keys, I never see them again. I told him he needs to pay for replacement of the keys he lost. He says he is not paying for them and You need to get your s*** together before you leave. I lost all keys attached to my key fob and if I had traveled anywhere but home where I keep a spare key, I would have been stranded. He didn't care and insists he is not paying for a replacement key.

    We purchased the rock light for my jeep they were installed by the company we bought them from, the light do not work right, we paid 1000.00 for the , we have made many attempts for the company to make this right an now they will not return our calls, emails, texts. We just want our money back for lights that will not work
