    My order hasn’t been delivered. I’m from San Antonio and so on my tracking it says that it’s here but it doesn’t want to be delivered because of invalid address supposedly when that has always been my address. I’ve never had a problem with it until now . I don’t know what else to do I tried doing a live chat with an agent because Speedx doesn’t have a phone number. They were no help either . They ended the chat when I still had questions. I decided to speak to another agent but no one showed up. I’ve been there for hours waiting for one. I contacted SHEIN to tell them my issue which they can’t do anything. I have items that are customized with faces on it. I’ve been seeing reports that speedx has been doing this to people and stealing their packages. I really don’t think it’s fair that a package that’s in my area for days that they don’t wanna deliver. This address I’ve always used I don’t know why now it’s a problem. SHEIN has also been giving me there number which I call and it’s not even a real number . I’ve called it

    I ordered a shipment on April 17,2025 and on April 22,2025 it made it to speedx warehouse but the address u search on google isn’t the them and they say my package has been stuck there since the 22nd of April it’s now may 4,2025 and I still haven’t received my package they don’t have proper customer service communication. I just want my package delivered in time before may 12,2025

    i ordered a package from shein on april 17th 2025, they said it would be delivered anywhere from the 23-30th, it ended up in tulsa the 25th and said out for delivery, and then it kept saying there was delays in transit and they were unable to deliver the package due to an address issue and it would be shipped back to the facility it came from, i tried to contact shein customer service and SpeedX customer service multiple times explaining that, that is in fact my correct address and i’ve ordered from them before with that address and there has been no issue receiving it so why is this time any different? they keep saying to just wait and they won’t give me a refund after i’ve asked multiple times, they keep saying to update my address but there is nothing to update when the address is literally correct. it’s very frustrating that SpeedX just seems to scam people and not do what they’re supposed to do and they don’t support people with the service they deserve. my order was $84.52, that’s a lot of money nowadays and im tired of waiting and getting no answers and them not delivering my package or giving me a refund.

    speed x has not gotten my package to me in almost 7 days and i’ve been tracking and it hasn’t moved.

    I ordered 13 items from SHEIN, they chose SpeedX to ship my order to me, I am used to USPS delivering my package but I didn’t think much of it, it was out for delivery on April 28th, 2024, 3 days earlier than the latest estimated delivery date of May 1st, as I am writing this, it is currently 6:26 pm and I have yet to receive my package. There are many bad reviews of this shipping company online with similar experiences.

    The delivery company keeps canceling my delivery stating that there are issues with my order address and there is no access but this is not true my address is findable and the house does not have gate or needs access code and is not under construction I literally waited by the door and no one showed up but they marked it unable to to deliver

    I ordered from SHEIN and the delivery company was speedx I got a notification that says it was returned to the distribution center due to incorrect address all my information is correct and also my address is correct so they have my package now and I have no information.

    Company has sent 2 text saying my package is soon to be delivered but has also told the company package was lost. Then on the site hasn’t updated anything other than saying delay in transit. Customer service is poor and will not reach out or allow you to reach out

    My order has been out for delivery for 3 days with no update. There is no way to contact anyone to see what’s going on, and apparently this is a constant issue with the company!
