I sent a machine for repairs, was told I would get a call back with estimated charges to fix since parts were covered under warranty (labor was not)... A week passes by and I get called saying my machine has been fixed and was billed over $400 for a machine only retailed at $250. and now they are KEEPING my machine due to me not wanting to pay said ******* They can remove the parts and keep them but I will not pay more than the machine is worth when I can buy a new one for less.

We appreciate constructive criticism.  Unfortunately you are incorrect.  Your husband dropped off power washer and said it was under warranty.  The power washer company only covered parts.  So we would need to charge you for our time.  Your husband also signed this notice that he was liable for any repairs not covered by warranty.  Unfortunately companies dont work on free.   Just cause you cant pay for your power washer does not make blackout a bad company.
Also the language barrier with your husband at drop off definitely affected some miscommunication.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

You have made no attempt to correct this issue aside from the basic "Pay or don't". You keep mentioning Language barrier but I can assure you my husband speaks GREAT english and has never been otherwise, he has never been told that he did not understand or comprehend something if that were that the case he would never be able to accomplish basic things in the ************* such as owning a home, paying taxes or even owning a state driver license this just really shows your racism and ignorance as a person and business. You have also mentioned that there is a labor charge but have failed to show proof of where, I AS THE ***** OF THE POWER WASHER approved the work, please show me documentation or recorded phone calls where I verbally or even written proof APPROVE the work done. You have also mentioned several times my ability to pay for the work, I have never once said I could not "afford the work" I can assure you money is not an issue.. The issue here is Your lack of communication ESPECIALLY after I called a day AFTER drop off, that would have been the time to mention any concerns you had at drop off with my husband... especially after I asked for pricing and was not given any.. You are indeed a bad company that lacks basic entrepreneurship skills such as owning up to YOUR mistake and fixing it. But again, I am asking for proof on your behalf... Show me what we signed and where we agreed. Please and Thanks.

      Sincerely,

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

I have been told several times on HOW this issue arised yet have received no resolution. Claims are made of who dropped of the machine and honestly none of that matters because I Have requested on several occasions to be shown proof of the estimate given to me and proof of where I accepted. It's honestly simple. We were well aware of warranties and KNEW we would have to pay for labor and would GLADLY pay for any work I approved.. so again, show me where I signed and approved. or show me recording or verbal approval... and yes you did respond on social media saying " COME PAY TO GET YOUR MACHINE by implying I could not afford your work..

Once again you lack communication and professionalism. I, as the client don't have the obligation to be professional. YOU AS THE COMPANY DO. you work in customer **********************, least you could do is show it.

      Sincerely,

We reject your rejection. Since the first initial conversation of pay or dont get your machine we have told you to please call us and will let you come get it yet you have never done so. The solution is just come get it and we will be done.

and yes you did respond on social media saying " COME PAY TO GET YOUR MACHINE by implying I could not afford your work..

the above statement is false. On social media we have only responded with our side of the story and telling you to call and we will resolve this and we will willing to work with you and allow you to get your machine.  Never on social media did we say that statement. We will even set this machine outside our shop and you can pick up at your convenience.

I am rejecting this response because:

Once again, same thing was said and no solution was given.. Waste of time with this back and forth nonsense, a total waste of a company.
