    IT Tech Force installed twenty-four new cameras in our clients location. They were always on time and very professional, but the project took longer than we expected due to the fact they had ordered the wrong encoder (Co-ax instead of *** device). The ********************** took ownership of this problem and did not pass the blame onto someone else. They were able to have the manufacturer overnight the correct device and at their expense. Still a job well done, and we will continue to use their services in the future!

    Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!As a woman and a first-time business owner, opening my first store was freaking me out. Its Friday morning and my network equipment and POS systems have not been delivered yet. They were supposed to be delivered last Tuesday and we open on Monday. Oh, Sh^T, panic set in!The IT Tech Force team stated no worries. Easy for them to say! The equipment arrived at noon and their team started to work. They worked all weekend installing my network, running data wires, and POS system. Come 8:00 Monday they had me up and running. My Grand Opening went without any problems and was under budget!When I open more stores, I know IT Tech Force will be there!CeCe

    We have worked with ******* and his team for almost two decades, performing on-site repairs, and new store installations from ********** to ******** and places in between. Their professionalism and overall knowledge are unsurpassed. It is hard these days to get good service, but when I call them or email them, even though I think it is a stupid question, they make me feel special and they respond quickly. I do not have to wait a week to get answers. One of the things I like most about IT Tech Force is they like to call you, not just send you an email. They make you feel like a good next-door neighbor!
