  During 2nd and 3rd quarter of 2024 Ralph ******* and his DRT Concrete team completed more than 25 concrete replacement projects for homeowners in our two Eagle Rise HOAs. Many of the projects addressed issues identified by Sugarcreek Township Sidewalk Inspection reports. Ralph used a per square foot cost for each homeowner whether they had one sidewalk section or many to replace. This resulted in significant savings for many homeowners compared to alternative of $1800 or larger minimum charge if using separate concrete companies. The homeowners felt DRT Concrete provided high quality results from framing, installing compacted limestone base, pouring 5000 PSI fiber-reinforced concrete, and cleanup. Homeowners commented on their friendly attitudes and being "good people". Several homeowners had DRT Concrete complete additional driveway replacement projects. My role started as one of the homeowners receiving a Sidewalk Inspection report and seeking a cost-effective solution. It evolved into facilitator evaluating several concrete companies and then coordinator working with Ralph for individual homeowner estimates, homeowner groupings for project activity, and sending scheduling and status email updates. Ralph was responsive to all of my telephone calls and text messages and flexible in meeting with me. I highly recommend DRT Concrete for the quality, cost-effective work they do and how they interact with the customer.

  Dorothy L. DRT removed our old driveway and widened and installed a new one as well as new drainage. The owner and entire work crew were very professional and easy to work with. The materials were very high quality and the price was very reasonable. My husband and I are very pleasd with their work and gladly recommend them. Several of our neighbors have stopped to compliment how good the driveway and drainage ditch looks.

  I live in a planned community in West Kettering We have concrete streets which our association is required to maintain. I can't say enough about the service and quality of DRT concretes work. This is the best contractor that has serviced our concrete streets in 15 years. Another upscale housing association contacted me regarding DRT's work. The home owners were very pleased and appreciated the work completed on their gutters by DRT. Interesting how many other customers have expressed appreciation. Don't see any negative reviews!

  DRT broke up and replaced our garage concrete floor and 25 feet of blacktop driveway leading to it. They are one of the best contractors we have ever employed. Their work was very professional, complete, thorough and well thought out and planned. The workers are knowledgeable, neat and polite. They encountered several issues that were unanticipated and they solved all those and did not ask for any additional payment. Their price was very reasonable and worth every penny. We would strongly recommend them to anyone needing concrete or related work at their home or business.

  We recently had a section of walkway replaced by DRT Concrete. The general work and attention to detail was wonderful, the materials they used were high quality, and we had a real confidence in the honesty of the owner. We plan to use DRT Concrete's skills in the future.

  DRT did a stellar job placing a drain in front of my garage and replacing my front steps. The work was professional and I am already receiving complements on nice it looks. It rained the night they finished and it was wonderful to have no puddles outside my garage and no water flowing into it. They took care to keep the job site clean, they even took the time to use a blower to clean the garage floor. I will certainly use them again if I find myself needing any additional concrete work. Fantastic company.

  The team at DRT concrete LLC did an exceptional job replacing my driveway, sidewalk, and drainage pipes for the downspouts on my house. They were very easy to work with and honest. They kept me informed every step of the process. Highly professional and work was exceptional quality. I very highly recommend them.

  Excellent customer service and a very professional company. They went above and beyond when it came to the repairs to the patio and sidewalk. The did a very neat and tidy job with no mess at all. Clean, quick, and a great value.
