      $1500 Transaction info DescriptionCheap Tree Service ###-###-#### Oh Reference number *********995*********28 Completed 4/11/2022 The problem is they estimated it $1200,but the worse part they damaged our neighbor's fence (what kind of professionals they are if they cut trees with damages,everyone can do it)?We found about that horrible unsatisfactory service after they have left. Tried to call -no answer! We think they should refund us at least $500 for all the trouble they cost,our neighbor still waiting on resolution and ready to proceed further.A+ credit from BBB makes thing about wrong BBB creditation Thank you

      How can you be not aware of damages if you cut the trees and didn't know where it falls? Having 5 stars at BBB is too much for such a reply.Plus my credit card company  has already reached out to them and they refused to credit the requested amount. Unacceptable!

      **** *********, owner of the business, called BBB and responded to this complaint by phone. He said his business was done with the husband but it's the wife who is complaining. He initially told consumers he could do the job in 2 weeks but they pushed to move it up to the next day, which he did. He said there was some brush up against the neighbor's fence, which was old and rusty, but no damage was done.

      wife or husband it was paid by my credit card and my neighbor doesn't think so, I'm not going to cover any damages rusty or not fence  is broken, I'll proceed to the lawyer
