      Short version -- got Lloyd who is nice, but he didn't prepare before the event so he didn't follow the notes to MC, didn't know when things were supposed to happen, played songs we hated from the do-not-play list and played only 2 songs we asked for ahead of time. Did not have the correct music to play my daughter on to receive her diploma and interrupted the moment to whisper to her how to say her name. All of this was given to him days in advance so he had time to prepare and should have been right in front of him and it was ignored. The karaoke we paid extra for only went up halfway through the party. He interrupts the music constantly to check on you, the whole thing feels like a practice for the real party. Then he springs on you a video feedback at the end, where you feel pressured to say things you don't mean just so you can get out of there on a peaceful note. Don't tell the owner Dave bc he will defend Lloyd and ask why you didn't refuse a testimonial and complain sooner. They think you are paying this much money to have to fight for your event the whole way through? Better to not bother. We pay to have peace and a professional, not a practice DJ and a fight. Go with the more expensive DJs who will likely be more professional, or just get some speakers and let your friends mess around and play loud music to save some money. Go read ****** ******** ****** Review, she says nearly the same thing. They know it has been this way, they just won't do anything about it.
