      Hello my name is *** ******* i am fileing a complain due too being over charged on a recent online order my order was for a 1 LG thick pepperoni bacon pizza order was placed March 23 2023 around 3.58 pm order number #53 the delivery driver full name was ***** ****** the delivery came from the grove city north location my order was too be $25.66 but was charged $27.66 and the extra $2.00 i did not authorized on my credit card i never left any tip on this card only do cash tips and it needs too be looked in too why i was charged this extra $2.00 if driver claimed a tip was left that is not accurate information and they took it upon themselves to leave this amount as a tip this needs investigated thanks

      *** ******* was indeed over-charged $2.00 on March 23rd.  It was an inadvertent mistake made by an employee and not something that happens often at Flyers Pizza.  We have refunded his $2.00 and have apologized to *** *******.
