    On June 18th I spoke with ****** ***** about removing trees from my home due to the June 15th Tornado, we came to an agreement, he wrote me an estimate. He started the work on June 24th and worked again a few hours on June 25th while I watched his child. He left that afternoon and has not returned to complete the job. He asked for the balance of the money, stating that he had fallen on hard times and assured me he would be here the next day. It is July 29th and he has text me all day with excuses about why he cannot fish the job. We talked on Sunday July 23rd and he agreed that he would refund my money or have the job completed. Neither have happened. I would like a partial refund for the work that was not completed.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The business did not come back nor did he send anyone over. I did not refuse to let anyone on my property,  I stated that the person who was being sent needed to be introduced to me. I'm not letting a random person on my property, that I never met. The contract was between Mr. ***** and myself. If he wanted to sub out the work, I wanted an introduction to the sub.. As of today, August 22nd,  2023. The job has still not been completed.  I want a partial refund of the amount that was paid.
