    Took down my mirror. Was supposed to be replacing 2 missing mirror doors on cabinet over bathroom sink. Took payment and has no call no showed and now doesn’t respond. Was supposed to get measurements because he made doors but they were wrong size because he assumed all were same size instead of measuring each. He says he will do something and then has excuses many times on not showing up to do it. I had multiple jobs for him but it was never on time for any of the tasks he agreed to do. I just want the mirrored doors for the cabinet put up and I want people to know what an unreliable business this is.

    Wilson Custom Services offered to see what he could do with the medicine cabinet. The cabinet is old and you can’t just purchase replacement parts. Wilson Custom Services suggested he just buy a new cabinet, but consumer did not want to do that. The consumer’s old cabinet had lit mirrors.  Wilson’s ordered new glass. The cost for custom re-making the cabinet was $140. Unfortunately, the job got bigger and would’ve required an electrician. The consumer was frustrated as was the company because several hours were already invested in building the custom medicine cabinet. To resolve the issue, the company gave the consumer a full refund through Venmo and once again suggested he purchase a new cabinet. Wilson’s would install it if the consumer wanted them to.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The refund was for the parts needed to complete the job. That was not a full refund. The business did not address that an estimate was given that was inaccurate. Business stated they could purchase and customize mirrors to fit existing fixture. The business left the fixture in worse condition than it was to start. The business expected more money for business’s error in judging cost ability to complete the accepted job. Business doesn’t address that their error in not measuring each part of the fixture is why time/money was wasted by the business. They also don’t address repeatedly appointments were set by business that were no call no showed resulting in wasting my time being available for services rendered. At no time was I ever told an electrician would be required to install mirrors. This doesn’t make any sense why preexisting fixture with working lights would require an electrician to install mirrors
