I highly recommend Richone and his crew for your waterproofing needs. Very professional and reliable. I loved the fact that Richone kept me informed with what they were doing and why they were doing it. I didnt know much about waterproofing but he took his time to break everything down and show me why it needed to be done, as they were doing it. I am very pleased with the outcome. They did a wonderful job. I only needed an exterior system. He said "we start at 830 am".... and he meant it! The first strike of the shovel was AT 830. They were prompt and efficient. . Very professional . His pricing was absolutely amazing.. without the "extra". I love supporting small businesses and love professionally run ones even more. He explained why things were occurring and how to prevent them. Everything he said he was going to do, he did. He walked me through each step and sent pictures along the way while I I was at work so I could SEE the progress. ******* was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns and he goes the extra mile. He was even so kind as to double check and touch up the seal on my basement windows and to make sure to seal a crack that had formed due to outside pressure. He was thorough and informative. ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT PARTS... IF YOU DIDN'T SEE THE OVERTURNED EARTH, YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW THAT THEY WERE THERE! Their clean up is impeccable!I definitely recommend ******* Waterproofing for your indoor or outdoor needs.RichOne Waterproofing LLC
