5 starsWant my honest opinion? Why would you even bother looking at the competition! I swear my wife and I spoke to 3 other major players in this industry in the area and not one of them sat well with us and our needs. We saw a B-Dry truck and decided to at least speak with them just for one final quote. I can firmly say that it was because of ***** character and professionalism that truly won us over to signing a contract with them to waterproof our basement. ***** explained the process thoroughly to where my wife and I could understand what was expected. ***** answered all our questions and not once did he attempt to upsell us or manipulate us into thinking our basement was worse than what it was! All the others we spoke to before him made it sound like our house was about to cave in at any moment or that the little bit of mold we had to deal with was going to hurt my wife and I in our sleep! I would name the companies but lets just say the top two on a quick ****** search I would avoid completely! ***** was confident their work would solve all our issues and it did! The process was quick and efficient and the crew was very polite answering any questions my wife and I had. They also worked on little concerns we had during the process! All professional and ***** was exceptional to work with. She always was checking in our process and keeping us up to date! I appreciate so much communication! We even had gutters put up and they look fantastic! Even after putting the gutters up they came back out and fixed any questions or concerns we had with the gutter system! I cannot say enough praise about B-Dry as a business and its workers. Thank you for helping my family and house words cannot express my gratitude! Also if you read all this and still need your basement waterproofed then what are you waiting for!? I had them waterproof my basement and couldn't have been happier with them. No more leaking basement. Now having them do *******. They are doing an awesome job.
