    [[BBB transcription via mail, see attachment for complete complaint details]] Damage occurred 8-6-24 Mr. **** came out 9-49-24 with drone to get pictures. On 9-28-24 He came out + picked up check $40,211.04. 10-9-24 Mr. ******* came out for "Eyes on" project. 10-17-24 crew showed up stripped siding + gutters off the front of the house + left debris blocking the only safe exit from property. Called + asked to have it cleaned up someone came out 10-18-24 to clean up 10-22+19-24 Guys came out to do roofs while doing so knocked down the down spout + jerry rigged it. Left exposed wood open above bay windows 11-14-24 Window delivered to house + stored in the garage. 12-2-24 called to ask Mr. ******* about any progress on the house re replied "Do you not have compassion for others whom have had their houses damaged as well" 12-6-24 Windows finally fixed + put in, in the bedroom. 12-11-24 attic windows replaced. 12-11-24 guy kept trying to nail patch ceiling pieces up instead of seeing why they wouldn't stay up. Reached out to Mr. ******* + no replied on that. Still waiting for front glass slider to be installed. The mail issue is: 1. Why was the windows, door, other pieces needed not ordered on 10-9-24 when he did "eyes on" 2. Why do I have to weekly reach out about progress + then be told "Don't I have compassion..." 3. Meanwhile all this snow + rain are getting in behind the siding that is still up. 4. We had decent weather Oct-Nov why is the house not fixed before the new year. I understand weather plays a major Role in outside renovations but this should have been done.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    The job is not completed. Yes the front aluminum siding was put on, on 2-14-25. The gutters & gutter guards still need to be fixed & or installed. The down spout on the left side of house needs repaired, trident workers knocked it off while taking the old roof off & jerry rigged it until the gutter guys come out. The entirety of the house needs painted & I understand weather plays a major factor in that.

    8/21/2022 $60,000 is charges They were restoring the house after a fire this included tear down, clean up and instillation of similar quality materials The floors are separating and are coming undone trash from the work was left in the house and my things were left in a single room with barely any space for a person to get through which blocked off access to my kitchen. They also took away my working dehumidifier and allowed mold to grow in my basement as well as allowing several tools to rust while they were working. I called the business and I left several messages no one has cared or seen fit to get back to me and I suspect I will have to sue to get any kind of reaction/ resolution.
