    Horrible product!!!!! Bad customer service. I’ve buy a gazebo all happy it was super pretty. I go to sleep and wake up it was already broken the frame broke during the night due to a little bit of wind. So I contacted te customer service for asking if they can’t do anything cuz it’s was very cheap and they said they don’t have any garantie on it. To buy another one. NEVER AGAIN. Run from this company

    Sunjoy Group products are garbage!!! They are damaged easily and Sunjoy will not replace damaged parts! We purchased a new gazebo and in less than 2 months a minor storm destroyed it! We called Sunjoy Group and they said to send them certain information and they would replace the damaged parts!!!! But when we sent them the required information, they said that they don’t have a warranty policy for replacing damaged parts due to the weather! That’s even though it says on the packaging that the product is weather resistant, or proof!!! I’ve seen other reviews and I agree that the products they sell are garbage!!! They shouldn’t be allowed to have a business until they become an honest company!!! And manufacturer products that are real quality products!!! Customers shouldn’t have to take a financial loss due to low quality products,? that are advertised to be good quality products!!!!

    I purchased a gazebo through sunjoy. During the purchase, I was more looking to see types of payment, it seemed there would still be a next step but instead it completed my purchase for close to 5k. I did measurements and it was not the correct size so I looked to contact customer service. There was no phone number, only a contact button. I contacted them and it took 2 days to come back to me. They said they would cancel and issue a refund. The refund was over $600 short. I asked if they would be refunding all, and told they would be be refunding 100%. I reached out again showing there was over $600 to refund still and then they told me there was a 15% restocking fee. So over $600 to restock. Do not hit buttons to look at payments in case you accidentally purchase and do not purchase unless 100 percent you will not be returning. They will steal your money. Do not do business with this company!

    Never received my product TWICE! I would give no stars. When I said I never received my order they said they could get it to me by Christmas. That never happened either!

    Purchased a 10x12 gazebo poor instructions, put it together. This is year 2 and it is splitting everywhere the posts the top cross bars. Contacted Sunjoy to let them know what happen, they said oh sorry to hear that, there is only a one year warranty and suggested I purchase new replacement parts, which is basically all the wood pieces. How do we as consumers allow companies like this to study in business.

    Customer service sucks. I ordered a gazebo and has one part (out 600 plus parts) that was damaged upon receipt. I simply wanted the one part shipped and they tell me i have to go through the whole warranty process, and their system is down for maintenance and I can claim the warranty for three days, until the system is back up. Once i file the claim, the warranty department will review it (probably taking another several days) and then they will contact me about shipping a replacement part.....this is going to take a month just to have one stupid part replaced. If the box and parts didnt wiegh 450 pounds i would return and order a new one through amazon. Stupid company, stupid processes, and horrible customer support. Seems to be an Indian call center who handles their customer service phone calls.

    Horrible Buyer beware! I bought a pergola and gazebo replacement top. Both were not as advertised so I contacted to get a refund. I was informed that their return system was down so a refund would be provided. Said refund included shipping and a 20% restocking fee which cost me a loss of over $100. With that being said shipping was free and they informed me they did not want the product back so why the restocking fee? First and last purchase from this company

    I purchased one of SunJoy's Gazebos through *** ***. When my husband went to assemble it, there were parts missing. I have been trying to contact them to receive the parts and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I am not happy at all. I have also emailed them and am waiting to see if I hear from them. This Gazebo was not inexpensive.

    I don’t recommend the soft top gazebo . Mine lasted 2 summers and then it was torn . The warranty was expired and I couldn’t get a replacement. I tried to buy a replacement but apparently they’ve discontinued it and only have a few bottom parts but not the small top one . I would have to buy a new gazebo altogether only after 2 summers of use !! This is not practical at all , I’m disappointed with their product and service . There is no way to contact them on the phone , all communication has to be done via email .
