    Complaints- 
    On 12/28 ****** **** and his crew came onto my property. He promised to trim the limbs of any tree surrounding my house so they would not hang over the roof. They were to clean up limbs throughout the yard. Later I found tree limbs in my flower beds. 
    I was supposedly given a Senior discount on the total price! ****** charged me $2400.00 to do this job. I feel I was grossly overcharged and cheated. ****** is not honest or professional. I believe I was swindled. I would like $1400, back from this job. He did not complete this job. 
    On 2/6 ****** **** and his crew came onto property again. I politely asked him to leave and he refused. He started to harass me about the Maple tree in my front yard. At first ****** wanted to cut down the Maple tree. I said "No" that I didn't have that much money. ****** offered to put a cable on 2 limbs that would make the tree more stable so it wouldn't fall my house. Again I said, "No", ****** got in my face and insisted I let him install the cable. My neighbor, ***** stopped by and I asked him to listen to ******'s cable idea and get Virgi! to leave. ***** told ****** that his price was too expensive. Alas, ***** had to go to an appointment and left me alone with ******. I told ****** to leave again but he refused to get off my property. ****** harassed me until I agreed to the cable. I later found out the cable ****** attached to my tree was a cheap cable from Lowe's and will not stablize my Maple tree as ****** promised with his warranty. I had a professional tree arborist *****. 
    ** ***** * look at my Maple tree. He said ******'s work was shoddy and I should ask for all my money back. ****** should have left my property when I requested him to instead of intimidating badgering me.I was frightened when he would not leave. I would like the entire amount I paid of $2100. back since ****** is unethical and cheated me. I was Swindled.
    The total amount of money from the 2 jobs I paid ****** to do that I would like back is $3500, ec.
    * ***** ********, "The Tree Guy", 740.222-0714, stated that ****** **** did NOT fulfill his verbal agreement with me and used cheap cable and did not trim my trees. ****** grossly overcharged properly trim for his work both times.

    On Monday, July 29th, I signed a contract with V&B Tree Pros to remove a birch tree and stump, and seven spruce trees and stumps. A check was written for the full amount of the contract. Because call before you dig was not yet contacted, we agreed that was the next step after the trees were removed and before the stumps would be removed. Call Before You Dig marked the property and work was to be completed by August 14th. V&B Tree Pros keep promising a date that they will complete the work and then the crew does not show up. Trust has been broken. I expect the services that I paid for to be completed today, August 14th. The birch tree stump needs to be removed so that I can plant grass. The stumps for the seven spruce trees need to be removed so that I can plant new trees in their place.

    Your representatives, in Columbus, Ohio, only performed 1/2 of the services they said they were going to perform. Their estimate was for trimming a tree and sealing up several cracks and wounds to the tree. They said we had carpenter ants, and the sealant would help preserve the tree. Your crew came and did the tree trimming, but said they didn't remember that they had included the sealing and didn't have the materials they needed. They said they would get the sealant and come back. I paid the full amount they quoted because I believed they would finish the job. Over the next week, they made several excuses why the work hadn't been done yet. They said they had truck issues and the next time it was they thought that the crew had come by and done it and they were going to check for me. Needless to say, the work has never been done.
