    Had a rather large deck built around our home by this company less than two years ago. Had some issues with settling in various spots and inquired with ***** about coming out to look at my concerns. He initially replied back to me and said that hed come out after the holidays to take a look. Fair enough, but its long past the holiday season(thanksgiving, Christmas and new years) and Ive reached back out to him with no response. Nothing was built by code and Im fairly certain a permit was never pulled. If youre going to have this company do work for you, be sure to get a warranty on the work and make sure a permit is pulled. Extremely disappointed that I can spend nearly $70,000 to have this deck built, just to be ignored by the company when concerns are brought to their attention. Hopefully they can do better in the future.
