    I used this guy, Dan ******* when I first moved to Rocky River, OH 22 years ago. He was a good guy back then. He has since become a nuisance, not only for shoddy work that he is not doing himself, but for illegal billing for services I never requested. Today, a crew showed up to aerate my lawn and I told them they weren't to come until October 11th. I come to find an invoice in my mail box for a service I never asked for or approved. I hired a completely different company to do my aeration this fall. The work that JAM TRee and Schrub did in the spring 2024 was so shoddy, that I asked them to re-do it, and they never did. I decided to pay them in June 2024 and be done with them. Do not trust this company and he has inferior work staff working for him.

    We occasionally get flyers from Jam Tree and Shrub in the mail. We are in the midst of some upgrades on our home so we called them to cut down some trees and trim some bushes. Dan reached out to me and within a few days his team was onsite ready to go. They not only cut down the trees and trimmed the bushes but also cleared out our whole front and back yard of anything we didn’t want. Our property now looks pristine on the exterior due to Dan and his team’s hard work. They truly went above and beyond and we appreciate it.

    We called to have our invasive tree removed and have some other trees and shrubs trimmed. They came out the same day and did the work and cleaned up all the debris and hauled it away. We are very satisfied with their work.
