    I have used Aspen Tree service many times in the past 20 years. **** is knowledgeable and helpful. His prices are always fair. We have lived in three homes in the Nordonia area over the past 20 years. He has always been there to help us. **************

    AFTER THE JOB IS COMPLETE AND HE HAS BEEN PAID, IF YOU NEED HIM TO COME BACK TO CORRECT ANY PROBLEMS, GOOD LUCK.On a recommendation from a friend of mine and someone he did work for, I called and met with ****, he gave me a fair price to remove a very large Hemlock tree and I agreed to the price. After waiting and several phone calls he showed up to remove (no problem with removing the tree) the Hemlock tree and grind the tree *****. He ground the *****, but I could not remove the wood chips until sometime later. When I finally removed the chips there were 2 large pieces of the ***** remaining.Called him on a Friday and told him of the problem, he replied I will stop next week and take care of it. Since that phone call, I have called him several times and texted him with pictures of the stumps that were missed. Almost a month has passed and no still response from ****. He will not answer his phone (his cell phone is his business phone) anytime and all calls go to his voicemail that he does not return.
