      Terrible experience. Made cracks into canyons in my concrete with no attempt to patch them. Not level. $1050 for 40 minutes work. I think they were in a hurry cuz they were late for lunch. Complained multiple times with no response from anyone who can fix it. If someone trips over the hazard they created I’m going to sue them.

      I have been completely disappointed with the work initially performed by Mr. Level on my driveway and walkway. To begin with, the holes either slopes outward (convex) and not level or slopes inward (concave). None of the holes are FLAT!!!!! I AM SO DISGUSTED!!!! In addition, there is white product used to fill the holes SPLATTERED ALL OVER THE DRIVEWAY AND WALKWAY!!!!! WHAT A MESS!!!! Had I known this in the first place, I NEVER WOULD HAVE HIRED MR. LEVEL!!! I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO PAY UNTIL THE JOB IS DONE PROPERLY!!! I PLAN TO FILE A GRIVENCE WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!! IT BETTER BE DONE PROPERLY ON OCTOBER 4TH OR ELSE!!!! I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY MORE WEAK OR UNCONVINCING EXCUSES!!!! WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS DO THEY OPERATE!!!!! PEGGY M. FERRANTE

      Mr. Level came and leveled my front patio and front walkway, as soon as they started pumping they cracked my concrete on my front patio and walkway. They claim that they can control how much material goes in there but they are lying!!!! DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR CONCRETE!!!! They do not know what they are doing.
