    I paid them 8k dollar cash to pour a patio and walkway. After they finished they were supposed to stamp the patio and the edge. They did not stamp the edge at all and would not correct it. They left a trip hazard at the walkway with the walkway above the old walkway. I then said we could come up with something where I wpuld get more work done and they would give me a better deal to make up for where they failed to complete the original work. After speaking with them on the phone they will not do the smaller project because now they have a minimum dollar amount that they are saying has to be met and will not do the smaller portion and they are saying I should have done it the first time. After I told them I could not afford another 8,000 dollars they told me they could not do the job. On top of that they took tools out of my backyard and have not returned them. Plus they still have to come back out to stain and seal the patio. Which I'm sure now that I'm filing this complaint they will not want to finish there work at all or will do a crappy job since I'm not happy with how they left it. So if they will not hold there end of the bargin and come back to do the little job I asked for in exchange for them not cramping the edge of the patio to match the top then I want the edge of the patio fixed and stamped as agreed in contract. As well as the trip hazard fixed.

    Oh I forgot to mention in my complaint that the company was also supplied to move my decorative rock/stone aside out of the way to be reused by myself and they ended up burying it under the patio and refused to make up for it buy brining new stone. They said that if I ended up getting more work done they would bring some out but are bow telling me to screw off as I can't afford another 8k on a disabled veterans salary. Plus now I have a trip hazard on my side walk as well that they refuse to fix.

    Better Business Bureau:
    I have worked out a resolution with the business to have additional work done with them where we came to a conclusion on price and scope of work to be completed at a future date. 

    But they have promised to uphold their end of the new deal since we cannot fix the existing patio without difficulty l. 

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    We had a new concrete driveway poured in November 2022 - our contract has a one year structural warranty. I have 3 issues and have contacted the company numerous times. I did receive a text stating they are “closing the door on this” and have since blocked me on social media along with not returning any of my calls. The one issue is a large crack - I was told in the spring they would come out and put a filler in but have not. Another issue is there is now a chunk out in the same area. The last is one entire corner is broken at the bottom of the driveway. The company was made aware of these issues back in December and like I stated they said they would be out in the spring. This was a large investment and unacceptable that this company will not stand behind their work. I am including screen shots of my text messages as well.
