    Needed to change days when the school year started. I approached the staff in early July of the intended change in Sept, I was advised to stay enrolled(instead of dropping)and that they would create make up tokens instead.I have 8 outstanding tokens.They notified members 10/17/2023 that they are updating their make up class token policy effective in Jan and that the previously, never expiring tokens, will need to be redeemed by the end of Dec. This request was not made in good faith as they say they are unable to release the make up dates/times for the available make up sessions past 11/4/2023 and the office manager stated that it is likely that we will not be afforded the opportunity to make up these *paid* classes by this deadline because of the limited opportunities that they are choosing to offer. This is deceptive: "Yes, our previous policy stated that they never expired. We have now updated this policy and we will be making everyones token count to zero in January no matter their status in our program. The make up tokens can only be used for makeup class, they may not be applied to monthly tuition or events. We do apologize but we can not make exceptions to this rule, everyones accounts will be treated the same. Our staff was not made aware of this policy until recently. When they were talking to you in the summer they were talking about that policy because that was all they knew. Our make up days will be put in our system as soon as we are able. We put the next months Saturday date in the system after the Saturday make-up day has passed and same goes for the Sunday. We do not publish these dates ahead of that schedule as we cannot register kids for those days until they are in our system. We will still hold a make-up day on one Saturday and one Sunday in both November and December. At this time we have only the schedule for October 29 and November 4th as our front desk has given you. Next Monday we will put the next November Sunday schedule into our system."

    Hello,

    Per my phone conversation with a Dayton BBB representative a short time ago, I am sending this email to request that the complaint that was filed on 10/23/2023 by me against Performance Gymnastics Academy be preferably removed/canceled or updated to a resolved status. My understanding is that the complaint was processed 10/24/2023 and most likely mailed to the business today, 10/25/2023.
