2 starsThis company built a fence in my backyard in May of 2022. A couple months after it was completed, I had my first issue with one of the panels. I called customer repair and that issue was corrected. However in September 2024, a I had a warped 10 foot cedar border board issue. I called customer repair and followed all the directions and provided pictures to show the warped board. Today, October 25, 2024, a second repair crew showed up with an 8 foot 2x4. The first repair crew arrived a week earlier with an 8 foot 2x4 and an entire, brand new 8 foot panel. The second repair crew called ******** and was told that ***** apparently, for the second time, ordered the wrong size 2x4. I now have to wait for a THIRD repair crew to hopefully arrive with a 10 foot CEDAR 2x4. This issue cannot be any ********** is ONE 2x4. It is obvious there is an internal communication failure between departmental staff. No doubt the company will repair the issue, however, future customers be aware and hope no warranty issues arise. I would advise any person using cedar to inspect the lumber because at one point when building the fence the crew tried to use a pine wood 2x4. Luckily, I was home and immediately noticed it was not cedar.Review fromThomas F

5 starsWe recently had Mae Fence replace an ancient, rusted, and falling down chain-link fence around our property with a cedar privacy fence along the back and one side and a black wrought-iron type (it's actually painted aluminum) along the front and side street side. It looks fabulous and truly transforms our property. Mae Fence got the proper city approval, and the project started on time. The crew was the hardest-working group of young men I've ever seen. They worked well together, they didn't argue or curse, they were very courteous and polite. When a problem arose, such as when large tree roots at one corner blocked the original plan, they worked with me to find a solution (and we like it better!). They did very professional work, making sure everything was lined up correctly. Finally, they did a great job cleaning up. The whole fence took one very long day and about 3 hours of the next. 5 starsMae Fence is a great company! From start to finish the entire process was smooth and professional. Very fair, reasonable rates. Tyler, who came out to review our needs in order to give us an estimate, was a great communicator and followed through on every detail. Carlos and his team of installers were super friendly and did a great job. Cleaned up every bit of debris left behind as well. Place was spotless when they left. 1 starThe first installers measured the gates wrong. We waited another full week and they still did NOT bring the second gate nor the caps to top off the vinyl fence posts. The crew was very difficult to communicate with as they didn't speak English. I do not recommend this company. Customer service is nil.Review fromAlbert C

I am very pleased with my Mae Fence. Quality and price were great! Michelle in the Accounting department is top notch and makes payment easy. Sam in the Scheduling/Repair department made was very accommodating. What I like most is they use 100% cedar posts (true 4x4” size posts) and pickets. Posts holes are 36” deep! I share a fence line with my neighbor who decided to use treated pine. You can see the difference. I think my cedar fence really outshines their treated pine fence. Mae did a great job with the arching design I wanted and they included free flat cedar post caps for a really nice finished look. The installers were very efficient and courteous. They listened to our concerns and standards and made sure they were met. Couldn’t be happier!Mae Fence Company

Excellent company to work with on installing a new fence! From the get go, all of the employees I came in contact with were excellent. Tyler - Project Specialist initially came out to walk our property, discuss fencing options along with the process, and provided proposal. We had to have Tyler come back out after our sod was in place and took to the soil for our new build to re-measure and adjust quote accordingly. We wasn't sure if our neighbor would be installing a fence before us or at all, so they accommodated the scenarios and ensured enough fencing was brought onsite for our complete area to be fenced in same day. There was some uncertainty on the property line pins; however, we were able to determine the correct lines and proceed (Dillon came onsite to assist in verifying). The installation crew was great and left the project area as clean as it was before arrival and were courteous. Michelle in scheduling was excellent as well and was able to answer questions and assist with ensuring the required documentation was provided so we could submit for approval to our HOA. We appreciate the dedication and professionalism of the team.Mae Fence Company
