    Trident Security Solutions was sold and no information was shared with current customers. I am not receiving services I am being charged for with no way to cancel. All phone numbers and emails go to unregistered mailboxes. I have tried calling all numbers on the bill and no one can help me. My alarm no longer can reach emergency services either. Monitoring service has no issues cashing the checks, but they are unable to cancel the service. I have no way to remove myself from this business. I will be receiving another bill here soon that I cannot pay to just fill up someone else pockets with no service provided. Billing department has heard this complaint by multiple people and still does not do anything to resolve it.

    This complaint is about a cancellation of service. We cancelled their home alarm services over 12 months ago when we signed on with ***. They continue to send bills. I had reached out to the former owner at one point who said he would handle it. I still get bills. I have left messages and sent emails. I can not get a response and I just received another bill. I am desperate for some help to resolve this issue. Customer number: ****** Latest invoice number: *******
