This company cuts trees for Indiana utility companies. Workers for this company got my mom to sign papers to remove trees planted by my recently deceased father. Mom was "taken advantage of" and manipulated. She has advanced dementia and had no legal power to consent. When my sister called to complain, she was told they were "doing us a favor" by paying us to destroy our property. Since that time, she has been unable to sleep and is very distraught that she signed and over the property destruction. I called to warn the company that we are taking legal action and filing a complaint w the regulatory commission- consumer affairs. Despite the warning of prosecution and arrest for trespassing, this company destroyed property. We plan to exhaust all financial and personal means to take action against this company and their exploiting practices. In bed with the utility companies. I hope their family gets the same disrespect they gave mine.

They came to our property to trim the electric co right of way. Instead they took out trees that were not in the right of way. They overcut it by 20 ft on one end! They are refusing to pay for the damage to our property.

Nelson tree service, trim, the road for New York State, electric and gas I was told by Nelson that they would take all my trees next to the wires. Then the next guy said he would only take which next to the right away, but never talk to the man and was not a foreman and they took two of the eight trees on two of them. They took all the branches except the top 4 feet I told him I wanted the trees down to the ground, I took the neighbors trees down to the ground who used to work for New York State electric and gas funny how that works out so now I am left with a huge mess and ugly trees but I’ll have to pay to have a cut down. They better hope they never see me in a dark alley .

They have very little care for private property. My car has to be parked in the front yard currently and it also sits under a tree, a tree in which they had to trim. Not even a word from the workers BOTH DAYS. They were called in by the local power company, not by my personal choice. If I had a choice, it would have positively not been them because based on their Google review history, I am not alone in their lack of care for personal private property.
