  If I could give this company more stars, I would. I couldn't be happier with the job they did. Not only did they do an "EXCELLENT" job on 3 trees, but also left yard immaculate. They even cleaned up limbs and leaves they didn't drop. The cost was very reasonable.

  Do not use Lukus's tree company. I hired them after a friend used them for tree work close tho there house and they were satisfied. Maybe because I am a women he thought he could do whatever he he wanted. They were scheduled to come on a Friday and take down the tree with a crane (per the estimate/contract). They came two days sooner while I was not home. They wanted to look at the tree to see if they could climb it instead of using a crane. Before I knew it, I got a video of them cutting down my tree. When I got home to see what was going on, I questioned him why he was doing the job today and he said it was better I was not there because I wouldn't like what he was doing. I should have called the police and had him removed. I must say the crew was nice but Lukus didn't care about much of anything except getting the tree down as fast and easy as possible. Very disrespectful as he continually asked me to bring him something to eat. I could not stay home because I had a doctors appointment to go to. Again, he was not suppose to take the tree down that day. When we talked regarding scheduling, I told him I would have to move things and he said he would take care of it. Well they tossed my lawn furniture, planters all over my yard including my flower beds. They damaged the grill, crushed a metal two seater chair, displaced landscaping timbers and twisted my landscaping fencing everywhere. They even broke my shared neighbor's fence and tied a rope around the neighbor's tree without permission. Neighbor was livid. A few days later, I was in the backyard straightening the mess they had left. I found the antenna wire that was connected to the house on the ground only to find out they pulled it thru the interior of the house wall to the exterior. Now I have to figure out what else they might have damaged in the wall. The list goes on....

After successfully completing the initial job, we were hired to trim the trees in your front yard. Regarding the damage to your items, we completely understand how frustrating this must have been. Some of the items appeared older and may have been fragile, which likely contributed to their condition during the process. However, we take full responsibility for any accidental damage caused. To address this, we adjusted your payment to accommodate reimbursement for the damaged item. Additionally, the neighbor’s fence was repaired before you returned home to ensure the issue was resolved promptly. Another concern was that not everything was moved back properly. This was because we left early to avoid further conflict after your neighbor became extremely upset and escalated the situation. We offered to return the next day to properly move everything back, but you told me it was fine, so we did not come back. In response to your feedback, we’ve made every effort to address your concerns and make things right. We reached out via email, sent a handwritten letter, and even delivered a flower arrangement to express our sincere apologies. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we understand that we may not have fully met your expectations. We truly appreciate the opportunity to have worked with you and will use this experience to improve our processes and service. Your satisfaction remains important to us, and we deeply regret that your experience did not meet the high standards we aim to uphold.

  Lucas & his team are awesome. We had several large projects for them to do including: concrete removal, huge brush removal, a very large tree needing removed, piles of gravel and dirt needing placed in old trenches and holes around our property. What I thought would be a couple weeks for full completion, this team had all jobs done in under a week. Great job!

  L & L Lands gets a 5-star from us. Had them remove a mature sweet gum tree that was in front of our house that sat between the sidewalk and street and was blocking a street light. Their work was very safe, efficient, friendly and thorough including clean-up after the tree was removed. And the cost was very reasonable. We highly recommend L & L Lands tree service.

  Contacted them on a Monday afternoon and had someone out that afternoon to give me a quote. The crew came the next morning and removed two very large trees right up next to the house, Cody and his crew did an excellent job removing these two trees in a fast and safe manner. The pricing was very fair and reasonable and had constant contact with the owner thru the entire process. I would highly recommend them for any tree work that needs to be done. I will defiantly use them in the future for any other tree work I need to be done.

  L&L did such an amazing job clearing my property of all unwanted trees & stumps & opening up the sky. I get great sunlight now & my homestead is now producing abundantly. The amount of work done to my surprise was extremely affordable compared to all other quotes I received. Punctual, professional & courteous. I now recommend L&L to all who need tree work done.
