    Their workers will block entire roadways just to have a chat and wrestle around. I was trapped in my own driveway in my car for over 10 minutes. When I asked them to move and told them they couldn't block an entire street just to talk the workers said that I had it wrong it was a road not a street. Illegal and unprofessional.When I got back home, these lovely people parked a trailer right in front of my driveway. You can get in but near impossible for my neighbor and I to exit. ***** people, unprofessional, and seem to think they are above the law.

    If there were no star that's what they deserve. I would like to warn everyone that this company will take your money but, does not cut your grass. After I complained to the manager for almost two weeks, the workers cut my grass and now they are blowing all of kind debris on my balcony and my balcony furniture. Save yourself time, the headache of cleaning after someone and most importantly your hard earned money.*

    Thank you for your review. Through our communications with you directly and your management company, whom we work for, the multiple obstructions near your back patio resulted in us having to mow around these items. Your lawn was mowed each week, but simply had to mow around some of your personal belongings. It is a community rule not to have personal belongings in our maintained areas (which is why as you have noted yourself, the neighbors on either side do not have this issue with their mowing). Once these items were removed, now you are claiming per numerous voicemails and texts that your children have allergies and that the debris on your upper back porch is greatly impacting these. While we are empathetic to your allergies, we are responsible for maintaining the lawn at this community. As to how we could get any debris on your upper porch, I am truly unsure of how this could happen. Please consult with your property manager and if we are advised to operate differently we will.
