      I would not purchase anything from this company. I've been trying to get my refund for months. I canceled my membership and I'm still being charged after being told multiple times it's been canceled. I'm still trying to get my money back. I finally got a small refund today, and it's not even the full or correct amount! They are fraudulent and keep charging you!! I would never go back there! This has been a complete headache. I even had to contact my bank to block them on taking out anymore withdrawals. I should of read the reviews before going there! It seems many people have had the same issue. I have proof of email conversations otherwise cancelation and wha I was told. Still no resolution!! I'm highly irritated and frustrated. I would never recommend this place! They need looked I to for continuing to charge people ect. Unbelievable you have to go through this mu h aggravation!!*

      If you decide to cancel your tanning membership within 30 days from the date of purchase, Palm Beach Tan will gladly refund to you the amount you have paid for your membership, less the cost of actual sessions used. You purchased our Premier Diamond membership on 4/7/2024 and paid $184.48 for your first month. You did a cocktail tan, with the single sessions totaling $65.00, plus taxes. You would be eligible to receive back $67.70. This refund was successfully processed. Unfortunately, during this, we made an error and did not successfully cancel the services, resulting in a billing for May. This too has been refunded. We are truly sorry that this mistake has caused so much troubles and aggravation. After our emails confirming these details with you, we thought all was handled.
