      I recently had the pleasure of working with Alien Roofing, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. **** and his team located the leak in my roof and presented solutions. They interacted directly with my insurance company, which made the process much less stressful for me.Throughout the project, communication was clear and expectations were set. **** was always available to address any questions or concerns I had, which was particularly reassuring given my lack of expertise in roofing matters.       This is a stereotypical storm chaser. They solicited me because of a hail storm in my area. They agreed to work with the insurance company and told me there was no obligation to buy. I rejected the terms from the insurance company and decided not to move forward with it, and now they want to send me a bill for an exorbitant amount for all the work they say they did, which was minimal.

      Zac T**** and Alien roofing were amazing to work with. A year prior I had a frustrating experience with another company so was hesitant a first, but Zac was professional and trustworthy from the beginning so I took a chance on them. I can’t recommend them enough and highly recommend Zac for your roofing needs. He made the process easy, always responsive to my questions and I felt confident the entire process, which when working with insurance companies can be difficult. The finished product is great and I am very happy with my new roof, gutters and screens. The team was always prompt, not disruptive to my routine, finished my large roof in one day and cleaned up afterwards. You couldn’t tell, other than the new roof, they were here. I highly endorse Zac T**** and Alien roofing!

      Zac T**** and the entire Alien Roofing team are professional, timely, friendly and have an impeccable work ethic. Our roof was re-shingled in one day. Their clean up was thorough leaving nothing behind. Their care for protecting our landscaping was much appreciated.
