    My daughter left a class in tears and so did her friend after feeling pressured into doing something that was not at their skill level. These children are 10 yo. This was a level 2 class. I went to discuss with the owner who said “I’m sorry your daughter was so sensitive about it, but I was doing my job!” She took zero accountability for what happened, placed all the blame on the 10 year olds. The owner’s mom working at the desk was yelling “just refund her money! She can find another gym!” I was appalled by the lack of professionalism. I felt bullied and ganged up on in their office with her mom and husband there. The owner mocked me to another employee when another employee walked up during this exchange. These children could have been seriously injured had they attempted what was being asked of them. She wouldn’t even acknowledge what I was saying and totally dismissed me. They were scared and thru tears didn’t do it, thankfully! They had been in classes all year with the other teacher present who knew their skill level was not there and she said she wouldn’t spot them for the evaluation. I am truly dumbfounded that the owner of this business did this and then blamed my child. I also want to point out I said if they were in the wrong class (it was day 1 of new session, but it was same day and time she has taken for the last 2 sessions this year) then it is my fault as the parent and tell me she was in the incorrect class and help me to find the correct class versus pressuring the child to something beyond her skill level in front of an entire class and embarrassing, scaring, and pressuring her. My daughter did the round off then paused as she was scared to do the back handspring right afterwards because she had never done it without a spot, and the owner Kelly, said “so you can’t put it together?” In a tone that was intimidating to my daughter in front of a class. The owner had no care or concern for my child or her friend. Be careful parents!
