    I was very impressed with this company from the start. Instead of using ****** Earth to provide sight unseen estimate, ****** actually came to my house and assessed the houses degree of grime. She pointed out algae, oxidation, and other problem areas. She then sat with me and explained the process of soft washing a home. She answered all my questions and concerns. I was impressed with her professionalism.On the day of the wash, she and her employee arrived on time and ready to start. They did everything they proposed to do including protecting my flowers and shrubs from the washing agents. ****** even brought to my attention a possible outside electrical problem she noticed and was there when AEP came out to inspect to give a detailed account of what she heard! Again, impressive! The work was done beautifully my house looks like new again! No more ********** ****, algae, mold, and other grime collected over fifty years. I cannot say enough good remarks about ****** and Clear Water ProWash. Will definitely use the again. I wish more companies behaved like hers. Thanks ******!
