    I inadvertently paid for a monthly membership on ****** *** ** *rder to purchase a specific 3D model (downloadable file). I take responsibility for that initial mistake, but I have since attempted to cancel the account multiple times through their website. I have also reached out to customer support and I have not received a response. I've contacted support twice, and I have not gotten any response. They have continued to bill me $8.99 each month via ******. The number I included below is the transaction ID for the most recent bill. I uploaded a screenshot of the ticket I submitted in September. It has been over a month with no response. I was just billed again. I have submitted letters via two email addresses: ******************* and ***********************. For some reason I cannot seem to cancel my account on their website. I have tried.
