    Roessner Energy will not come out and service our generac. I have called 4 times to set up service starting in August 2024, In October I called back and the receptionist said it would be in November. In November I called back and she said I never tell people when the service will be. My wife called today December 13, 2024 and this lady got extremely rude to her and was acting like this is the first we called. The owner of this company should be assamed of having someone like her representing his company. I am trying to get someone else to service this unit. The unit is having problems not starting and I had to go out and manually start the unit this summer during a power outage. If Generac is satisfied with this dealer it doesn't say much about backing the product.

    We informed the customer on multiple occasions that we are behind on Generator service.  Currently we are down 2 technicians because of medical leave and hiring issues which they were informed of.  We informed the customer that we would be there as soon as we could, but we take care of customers that have units that are not working 1st, and then we take care of the next customers due by their month installed.  We Were contacted on 12/16/24 to cancel the service request.  WE were not aware of the BBB complaint until the week of 12/23/24 when we received it by mail which showed it was filed the Friday before on 12/13/24.
