      kroger has revised their online shopping content . The changes are to benefit Kroger and not the customer. The "weekly ad" is hidden " in the content and 2 weeks ago it was there for all to see. The digital coupons have been changed to low selling goods and over 65% are not food necessities. The only real savings are the weekly digital coupons. kroger offer free delivery and pickup at the expense of the in store shopper. Where are all the attorney generals ? Go figure.

      I asked for $10 to be put on a gift card. The cashier put $200 on the gift card.?? I am farting to get my money back as it wasnt supposed to go on The Kroger gift card.

      I placed an order with Kroger Delivery and paid the fee charged. When the order was delivered, they took more money from my checking account because of "Kroger policy." This caused my checking account to overdraft with two companies for fees and penalties of $200.00. When I called, they offered a $50.00 store credit. This is not good business practices.

      I'm 72 years old and disabled I go to the Kroger's in Martin's Ferry Ohio a lot. Probably 8 or 10 times a month spending probably around $700.00 to $800.00 a month. On 2-12-25 I was there shopping I bought some juice the sign said two for $5.99 with card . But after getting home I noticed on my receipt they charged me $6.99 each. I got 4 bottles it should have been $12.00 but I was charged $28.00 so I called the store a lady told me her name and the next time I came to the store. To tell who ever was at the service department that I talked to her and they would give me a refund. So I recently went to the store and went to the service department. There was all kinds of employees standing around talking doing nothing. And I stood there for 30 minutes before anyone came to help me. And I walk with a cane I have bad legs and knees. And I can't stand for a long time. So this you guys comes and said he was a astance manager. Right from the start he was rude and smart to me. And a couple times said something real low to his self a smart remark. I asked him what he said. And then he even got ruder and smarter. Slammed my receipt down and told me to leave. That he didn't have to put up with me a 72 year old vet isn't that something. And I'm a very good customer maybe not anymore. And I've had that sort of thing happen before where they have something on sale and they over charge you. I was disrespected and treated very rudely!

      They do not even deserve one star. I did an online order for delivery for over $100. The employee picking my order had an issue with their phone & Kroger cancelled my order. They told me I would not get a refund back to my bank account for 4 to 7 business days & that I shouldn’t literally just reorder. I was unable to do this because their hold took up most of the funds in my bank account. They said there was nothing they could do. I called my bank & it turns out that all Kroger had to do is send a fax to my bank with information about the order & the funds would be released immediately. I called Kroger & gave them this information. The Kroger representative said that they cannot send this fax because it hasn’t been 24 hours. They are refusing to help with this even though they are holding my money hostage, they are the ones who canceled the order & I verified that they cannot send see all of the information they would need to fax to the bank. Do not shop from this company, they are not a customer friendly company, especially for poor people.

      Absolutely disgusting, disrespectful, distasteful, hateful. The manager on duty was so rude to my husband when he was simply trying to rectify and issue with a pop sale and the fact that in his tired state after working for an entire 2 weeks straight, he mistakenly didn't scan 1 CASE of soda. He was called a thief and made to feels stupid that he even came back to rectify the situation. It is an awful horrible thing to do to someone who is simply asking for help and trying to do the right thing. The manager on duty at 5pm at the princeton wv kroger location should be sited and measures taken to ensure this doesn't happen again. If that means demotions and training until they show their growth so be it.

      This business has fake advertised prices... They offer "Weekly Digital Deals", and they DO NOT honor these prices. They allow you to create an Account online... they let you log in, and they state that if you scan a QR Code, sign into your account, and provide your phone number that when you input your phone number in at checkout that you will get this discounted price. They do NOT honor their prices... They are also rude to you when you point out that they are not honoring the prices.

      An Employee Lied on Me And Said It Looked Like I Was Stealing I Went And got the Security Guard Myself And told him what was going on and it turned into a Scary situation. I Was Body slammed by the Officer and taken to jail. After Going through hell and finding out that Senior Citizens that witnessed what happened and Me constantly calling and appearing from court house to calling and talking to a clerk at the Deas office and talking to different people throughout the police department something changed I ended up calling the Pretrial office everyday someone told me they threw my charges out over the phone. I went to Kroger's one day and asked to speak With the Manager one Day I don't know who exactly I Talked to but they told Me That Some of their Customers kept coming to the store writing and Verbally making complaints About the situation That all they could tell Me Is That They didn't put me on a trespassing list I could still shop there. They lied to me Over the phone and said they were gonna Give Me A few Gift cards as an apology but that never happened. I've been shopping at Kroger's since I was a kid I Still Can't Mentally Process it I Went There To Get Things For My Manager at My Job And Had A Breakdown I Had An Anxiety Attack My Friend Had To Console Me Just to even Make It To The Register Y'all Don't Know What That Did To Me I'm Really Scared To Even Go There.

      The worst Kroger and customer service ever. There was a worker in the gas department behind the glass acting like a total maniac. Loud, rude, ghetto and so unprofessional. She wore glasses and a dirty wrap around her head, and she yelled and screamed at customers for no reason. I'm afraid for her life, as I heard someone walking out of line threatening to kill her on the job today 02-03-2025 between 12noon and 1pm
