Derrick and his crew were a pure pleasure to work with on the remodel of our basement. From quoting to scheduling to completing the work on schedule & within budget. Our basement turned out beautiful! Excellent work. I could not have asked for a better experience. For any future home projects Building Better Homes Management will be the first company we consider.

We hired them to take our current tub out and replace it with a new one in our only bathroom. It ended up taking them 5 working days over the course of about 3 weeks before they stopped working. The first day, he was barely able to get the old tub removed, much less complete the project. When he put tiles in, he dry cut the tiles in the house with an oscillating tool, filling the house with dust and grime. The bathtub was unusable for nearly a week, forcing us to use neighbors' and friends' houses to take showers. One day they said that they were sending out soemone who had more experience since the guy we had been dealing with was struggling. This time they started cutting the tiles outside with a wet saw but when they said they had completed the job, we were left with an ill fitting tub spout, sloppy caulking around the tub drain and on the edges of the tub, a pile of trash on the side of the house, as well as horrible tile work that was uneven, mismatched, and protruding irregularly all along the tub. The tile dust was still everywhere. We contacted their boss and he agreed that the work wasn't up to their standard and he would personally come out and fix it. He came out but we still ended up with noticably uneven and poorly fit tiles, as well as the same poorly finished caulking and a tub spout that drips non-stop. We expressed concern about the tub dripping and he told us he would order a new valve for it to fix it since ours was a bit old and probably needed replacing anyway. We never heard anything else about it. We contacted them several times about cleaning up the trash they left. They promised that they would come and get it but they never did and they stopped responding to our messages about the issues that persist. Now we are forced to hire yet another company to come and fix the dripping tub spout, the tile, and the huge gap between the tub spout and the wall that was left that leaks water directly into the basement if it gets splashed, which happens.
