    Hired this company to trim branches back from touching the house to prevent infestations etc. First thing Bill did when he got here was to cut beautiful branches off an oak tree, 18 feet from the house, whose branches were growing away from the house. Totally unrelated to trimming branches back by the house, leaving a barren tree trunk. I couldn't stop him as he was up in the tree in the bucket with the motor and chain saw running...he would have not heard me yell. I was devastated. There was immediate distrust! If lieu of calling the police and ordering him off my property I chose to allow him to continue because I was now going to monitor his every move. I did that...at age 83 I should have not had to do that, but this lack of trust thing was proven to be very real. I'm sure I was getting on his nerves...I didn't care. I was paying him - he was working for me. In trying to communicate with Bill his answer was always "I'm a Certified Arborist...I know what to do...I know what needs to be done. (Having a Driver's License doesn't mean you know how to drive). I suspect this company might do well with just a basic, cut down a tree, but when it comes to details and common sense, choosing a company is very important as you would not want to end up with the integrity of your property/landscape being destroyed. When I pull up in my driveway, instead of seeing my beautiful oak branches, I pull up to a tree trunk. This did not have to happen, nor should it have happened. I am crushed and so disappointed! Needless to say, I would never use them again or recommend them to my friends.

    Have used four times over several years. Does an excellent job, very careful of our property, cleans up completely when done cutting and clearing trees. One of the best companies I've ever hired. Highly recommended!
