The boys showed up right on time, had the old gutters off and the new ones on in a couple of hours, and re-routed some downspouts just as I requested. They took all the old stuff away and cleaned up around the perimeter when they finished. They were very respectful and polite, and had me check a few times to be sure that I was happy with the progress. The new gutters are very heavy duty, and definitely better quality than the old ones. Nothing is cheap these days, but their prices were competitive, and the materials and work were first rate. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.The Gutter Boys

I recently had new gutters installed on my house. Had an issue with gutters overflowing at the one end due to the sagging of the original 30 year old gutters. Now after repairs in any rain, water just pours down the roof and over the gutters washing away my landscaping and causing water issues around my foundation. They have been out multiple time to try and correct and still having the same issue. We spent a lot of money to get these installed and the products is worse than my original 30 year old gutters. Very rarely do I file complaints, but I am fed up with this situation and sick of wasting my time. At some point this needs to be corrected or will go further than a bad review.The Gutter Boys

We are reaching back out to this customer. The drip edge on the roof was installed incorrectly, so water keeps finding its way behind the gutters. I hope we can help get it resolved, but multiple factors are outside of our control here.Review fromSally B

We've used them to clean our gutters and usually without incidence. The team they sent out to our put two small tears in one of our screens and they were moving ladders. I sent a picture of the damage and an invoice for the repair. I asked them if they would pay for the repair, around $41.00 dollars and they declined to pay for the repair. A penny wise and pound foolish. There are a lot of companies we could choose from, but we'll never use them again.The Gutter Boys

We inspected the screens and determined that they are old with natural slits or rips. If our ladder would have hit the screens, it would have done far more damage.Review fromKen W
