    I paid $1360.00 to have cameras installed, that I had! The first crew said, two of the cameras wasn’t working! And I would have to buy two from them. The second crew came out, and nothing was wrong with them. Plus the amount, was to hardwire the Ring doorbell. Well for over a month I been receiving low battery! I have called the office at least 7 times. And they say that have to get with the owner! Then they said, it would be two weeks, but would not schedule an appointment! It’s not working cause of poor installation! They have the wire, hanging in my mail slot. Not tacked up to nothing. I can’t understand, why it was ran down the wall, where the inside plug is! So everytime I receive mail, it’s getting hit, and saying low battery! I have pictures, of the poor installation!

    With that said, this job was installed and finished right around July 28 of 2023. We did make a return trip on August 25 of 2023 to rerun a couple of cables that had already been installed previously by someone else. That is why the cameras that the original installer said was bad, did not work.

    ***** supplied all of the equipment, and we don’t warranty equipment purchased by others. We always supply a 30 day warranty on workmanship.
    In this particular case, she had a ring doorbell that she had purchased. She did not purchase the power supply for it, and when we talked about charging her for one, she got upset. I ended up purchasing one just to avoid any issues.

    With that said, I’m curious to why there was no complaints about the install up until March 18th. 
    She did call back on March 19 complaining that she didn’t have a date yet. The office knows not to instruct someone if they are not sure what they talking about, that’s why she was told that they would have to talk to the owner. And obviously if there’s an issue, I would also want to know about it.

    We have been backed up with work and service calls, and she was told on the 19th that she was placed on the service board and then it would be a few weeks before we could get out.

    Unfortunately, one of my lead guys quit two weeks ago, so I’m shorthanded again.

    Both of my installers from that original install, 1 moved to Florida, 1 had a heart attack while pulling wire and passed away so unfortunately I’m not able to get a hold of any of them to find out about this wire through the mail slot.

    I have no problem sending someone out, and we can rerun the wire. But again, we didn’t purchase the equipment so if it’s equipment malfunction, it’s not on us.

    I would like what I paid for! If it wasn’t poorly installed, where the mail is effecting the ring.! They knew I had the equipment when I called, so what’s wrong with that! Who puts a hanging wire in a mail slot! I just want it fixed, or I have to take legal actions. They didn’t have a problem getting my check! Waiting your response!

    **** tried to reach out to ***** on April 23 at approximately 5 PM and left a message.
    My office called back again this morning, April 24 twice. The first time *** was not able to leave a message because the phone just stopped ringing. The second time *** was able to leave a message.

    Finally this afternoon around 2 PM **** reached ***** and we do have the appointment confirmed for 8:30 AM on Thursday, April 25.

    They have came out and fixed the wiring! Thank you so much for helping me! Cause I was reaching out to them, and they never would give me a date.
