    Not reliable, promised would be here for 2 days and didn’t come, said they were busy after being told it would be next day service

    This isn’t a fair assessment. She had a hanging tree. She had other quotes from other companies that she couldn’t afford. We were trying to do her a favor and do the job for what she could afford. We already had a schedule for the week and try to fit her in between jobs and depending on the location of the crew. We have bills to pay first and foremost. The day we were going to try to make it. We had 3 other jobs. We were busy and she tried to contact us multiple times. But we were busy. We finally was able to talk with her and told her we could be there around 4pm. Two statement from her was she already contacted another company and then the tree ended up falling. Not sure which actually happened. Either way we’re were going to get there around 4pm but I guess that wasn’t fast enough.
