      The concrete porch and step installed by Pence Brothers in 2020 has cracked and the facing has crumbled. Pence Brothers has acknowledged the issue, but has yet to present a repair plan.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      I only had 2 choices of accept or reject.  The business responded but has not offered a solution to remedy the issue.  They have asked me to recommend contractors to potentially do the work.  I will respond to the business with contractors if I am able to identify some.

      This issue is still open.

      I have spoke with him this past week. I had a contractor go there earlier this week. He will be addressing the issue and get it taken care of.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      We will be scheduling repair work in the Spring of 2023 (customer request).
