      I had dial up internet with Corecomm maybe 18 years ago, before I gave up my landline and started using my cellphone only and started an internet account with **** ****** *****, now called ********. However, Corecomm has been taking money directly out of my bank account all those years. Usually about $25, now they've graduated to about $95. Not every month, but I suppose every time they're crooked employees need money. I guess they thought I wouldn't notice and I didn't at first. I wrote them a letter about it years ago and in 2024 they still take money when they feel like it. I ended up having to close my bank account I've had for 20 years. I will be speaking with my lawyer about this.

      My gut says this is a scam. I don't think they actually provide services anymore. Just send bills to people who think they have an account at CoreComm. I've been on hold with Customer Service for hours. The online mail does not work at all. I wonder if this constitutes federal mail fraud because they send out bills for services they know the don't provide.
