I hired this company to cut down part of a falling tree in my backyard on August 4th of this year. Moments after they left, we noticed that two of the large tiles of our bluestone patio were broken. We called immediately afterwards, within minutes, and couldn't get in touch with anyone. My husband then sent pictures of the damaged patio and no one would return our messages. Finally, on 8/22 I got in touch with the tree cutter, who said that he would help us get reimbursed as soon as I could provide him an estimate for the repair work. It took a few weeks to get the estimate, and when I got in touch with him again, he seemed agreeable at first, but when I told him what the repair was going to cost, he claimed that he didn't remember there being a patio at my house. Then he said to send him the pictures of the broken stones again. I sent him the pictures, spoke to him one more time, and he just argued with me, saying that he didn't believe it would cost that much. Since then, he has not answered any of my calls or returned my messages.
