    For the few months I have been attempting to rollover my Equi-vest funds to ******** investments IRA. Equi-vest told me that I had to fill out a form and mail it to the address on the form. The address on the form is Equivest Processing Office *** ******* ******* ***** ****, Syracuse, NY 13202. *** tried several attempts at that address. I contacted Equivest again and was told the the form has an incorrect address. The actual address is Equivest **** *** ** ***** ******, Charlotte, NC. 28262. No apologies for the incorrect address. I then sent the form to that address and it was undeliverable as they were closed at 4:45 pm on Tuesday July 17, 2024. I contacted Equivest on the phone and waited over 2 hours. I asked the representative if the Syracuse address, if that is where the form should be sent. She said that was the correct address. I told her of the Charlotte address and she said that was the correct address. She then contacted by phone that department and was told they are open until 6:00 pm. Obviously that is not the case. I just want my money before I die. I also asked for an email address where I could send a complaint. The representative said they don't have one, I asked for the phone number of the processing department and she would not give it to me. She said I could write to them at the Syracuse address. Shame on you Equivest. If I could give 0 stars I would.
