    Hello I placed an order with the company FASHION EFFECT STORE ON 09/28/2023. APPARENTLY IT WAS DELIVERED TO A DOCK WHERE MY BUILDING DOES NOT HAVE A DOCK AND SIGNED BY EITHER THE AGENT WHO DELIVERED IT AND FALSIFIED MY SIGNATURE OR THE HOUSE IT WAS DELIVERED TOO, SOMEONE ELSE SIGNED WHO WASNT ME. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE THAT MY PACKAGE WAS LEFT AT SOME DOCK DUE TO THE INCOMPETENCE OF THE EMPLOYEE. HE LOST MY PACKAGE. I already submitted q claim with *** BUT THEY REFUSE TO HELP ME GET BACK MY PACKAGE!!!!!!

    I'm sorry but this is the wrong address and wrong store you contacted. This a *** Store that does the shipping locally and doesn't deliver packages the *** Hub in *********************. is the truck delivery facility where the packages go out to the customers.


    This store has no control of the actual delivery of packages, its a franchised store individually owned

    The Maspeth location number is ************

    My *** package last appeared on *******'s *** site on July 13th, and there have been no updates since then. My package has high value and shipping costs, but *** customer service personnel have never provided any useful information or contact information for the final package transfer station.my *** tracking number is ****************** I need *** to compensate me for the package value and shipping cost

    But the concern of this shipping process has nothing to do with the UPS Store, it should be directed to *** Customer Center at **************************************************
