      ************** Attorney General needs to start an OPEN CLASS ACTION against Toywiz. Shipped an item on ******* site that was NOT the one pictured - lost $230!!

      I have been waiting for a back order item since September 2023 They tell me call back in 2 weeks which I have been doing. Today 11/29/23 I called again for status on order. The phone rang 30 times Yes 30 times with no answer Never will I deal with this company ever again!!! My grandchild and I are very disappointed

      On September 6th you spoke to our representative ****** and requested an address change at that time we explained we were unable to manually modify addresses in our system but we would gladly send you a PayPal or amazon request to do so, to which you responded "cancel this order i am not good with computers and I will re order it when I have time." We have not received another order or had any contact with you since. Our phone hours are limited to 10am to 4 p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Feel free to contact us between those hours and we will gladly assist you with any orders you place.

      I spent over $300 on "Pre-Order" items with this company this year. The (quote-unquote) "Pre-Order" items had a quoted ship date to customer of July 2023. Here we now are in September, and I have no items in hand to show for my money well spent. Meanwhile these very same items ToyWiz claimed to not have in stock and are on "pre-order" are available and in stock in many places since. This includes small privately owned toy shops as well, ive seen them in person since regretfully placing these orders with this company. When I contacted ToyWIz customer service on multiple occasions all they would offer was that their ship dates are subject to change at anytime and they theyd happily cancel and refund me. Seems theyre so used to cancellations and refunds that they almost default to it. What a way to do business. How do they stay in business? Just terrible. DO NOT ORDER PRE-ORDER ITEMS FROM TOYWIZ!
