I hired said company which provided an estimate which I agreed to. However I was not present when work was done and they charged me for an hour and a quarter more at a rate of $549.00 an hour. They just performed the extra work without calling prior for my approval. I was charged an extra $701 which I was surprised with. I paid the money owed but feel I was taken advantage of. The owner claimed thats why he doesnt like guessing with the estimates but I felt that they should have been as close as possible to the estimate. He also claimed he video tapes from the time he starts the job until its finished and when I asked to see it I got no answer. The owner also came to my house UNINVITED to explain why he charged me what he did. Needless to say it didnt go well because I couldnt agree with his justification for the extra charge. When his office mgr. called the day the work was complete I thought she was just calling to tell me the job was finished. Instead she was calling to tell me I owed them more money and claimed everything was listed in the estimate I approved. However they stated the extra work was to eliminate dead branches for our safety so we didnt have to call them back later so they just did anyway without letting me know prior. If she was able to call for the additional money on the work I didnt approve then why couldnt they have called to ask if it was ok to perform the extra work beyond the so called estimate. I just feel they hooked me on the low estimate and then took it upon themselves to chisel more out of me

Complete misrepresentation, but that's what complaining on the internet is for..

Short answer: ************************ is a liar. Can't even pretend it's a misunderstanding. It's an intentional lie for monetary gain.

    Long answer: Read below.

    ********************

*Our best guess is ****hrs. (+Travel)
Any additional time beyond our "best guess" will be billed at $549.00hr.

He threatened to cancel payment, and was told material would be returned to site, we don't dispute that. People should pay for services they order.

He intitiated a dispute with his credit card company, and his OWN CREDIT CARD COMPANY found in our favor.

This is just a cheap man who's used to getting his way lashing out because he wasn't bowed to.

For an idea of "state-of-mind", he has called 911 over this....threatened abuse of power by his 2 sons who are apparently local state troopers, claiming "You won't leave your driveway without getting pulled over".

No thanks, let the people know the truth.

We have served ******+ customers. We have a SINGLE bad review with the BBB.

Does this say suggest something negative about us, or about ***********************************?

    Thank You.
