On 02/05 of 2025 I went into the computer store and bought some merchandise and accessories, after I had found out about this place, I was looking at their website and saw they had good policies in case I needed to return anything due to the fact I’m new to this computer/tech hobby, on their website it said easy returns/exchanges and anything opened up would have a 20% restocking fee. After I made my purchase, I took my stuff home and went to work, the next day I opened up one of the laptops I had bought and it had cosmetic damages all over along with a passcode on the laptop I couldn’t get through since I wasn’t the one who set it up, (the computer was used) and the keyboard letters were jammed up. The other laptop was clean and no passcode on it but the keyboards were also jammed up, along with heavy cosmetic damages. All the other accessories I had bought I didn’t open they were still in the original packaging and I was set to return them. Two days later when I was free on 05/05 of 2025, I went back to the shop and was told they don’t do any returns, at all, I mentioned that they had stated on their website that they have an “easy refund policy up to 14 days” etc etc, they denied it and said they never do any returns. I mentioned that it’s not on the receipt nor was I told that even when I mentioned to the store clerk that ‘I hope I have the right items for my setup and don’t have to come back…’ eventually they agreed to give me “store credit / exchange” and at that point I just didn’t want to deal any business with them.
